Standard Delivery (2-5 working days)

Step 2.

When your order is ready, use your email to schedule a convenient time for delivery — ASAP or a specific time-slot for same-day or next-day delivery.
9AM – 10AM
ASAP
11AM – 12NOON
12NOON – 1PM

Step 3.

Track your delivery in real-time when we're on the way then handover your unique security code to complete the delivery upon arrival — say goodbye to unreliable signatures.

Who is Carryr?

Carryr's mission is to complete the promise of e-commerce convenience by supercharging the shopping experience with a fast and flexible delivery experience that seamlessly caters to the most dynamic and modern lifestyle.

Why can’t I see the Carryr delivery option?

Carryr is only supported in certain locations, if you can’t see the Carryr delivery option then, unfortunately, your delivery location is not yet supported.

Are there any limitations on delivery times?

Currently, Carryr only delivers during the opening times of our supporting retailers' stores, please check the available times when scheduling the delivery of your orders. The good news is that the Carryr delivery experience will be available every day of the year!

When can I schedule a delivery?

Once the retailer has prepared the order, we will email you to let you know when scheduling becomes available (typically, an hour after the order has been placed).

What happens if I’m not able to accept delivery?

The beauty of being able to schedule the delivery in a time that suits you means that you should only select a time when you’re actually going to be present — no more missed deliveries (yay!).
